How much you sold in the selected period against what's still on the shelf right now, per section. Sell-through = sold ÷ (sold + on-hand). Received counts only supplier shipments that landed inside the selected dates — so it is normally less than sold + on floor, because the shop also started the period with stock already on the shelf and takes more in from the Sham warehouse. Clothing and shoes are listed by age section; socks, accessories and bags have no age of their own, so they are listed separately as Type · Age — which is why an age row here can read lower than the same bar on the section chart above. The Action tells you what to do: Reorder selling fast & running low · Hold healthy · Promote slow, consider a discount · Clear barely moving, mark it down.
Section × size — sold, on hand, received
next-collection buy · not a this-season reorderPer age section and size: sold in the filter, on the shelf now, lifetime received on the stock card, sell-through, full-price vs discount. Sizes that cleared fast should be deeper in the new collection.
Slow and aged stock
Specific items sitting in stock with little or no recent sale — the best candidates for a promotion or markdown to free up cash and shelf space.
